I had two days in Cheyenne, Wyoming photographing the 'Granddaddy of 'em a'', Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo. Saw some friends, this being my seventh consecutive rodeo adventure, and since there's a dress code; cowboy boots, hat, shirt, wranglers, I actually integrate reasonably well. I recently had the good fortune to accompany a blind gentlemen to the annual Federation of the Blind Conference in Dallas, Tx. I spent six and a half days with Tom and twenty-five hundred blind folks, attending General Session Meetings, riding elevators, grabbing meals at local Denny's. I came away from the experience with an appreciation for the strength, fortitude and 'dogged' perseverance of those living in the dark.
