I had two days in Cheyenne, Wyoming photographing the 'Granddaddy of 'em a'', Cheyenne Frontier Days Rodeo. Saw some friends, this being my seventh consecutive rodeo adventure, and since there's a dress code; cowboy boots, hat, shirt, wranglers, I actually integrate reasonably well. I hope that you will enjoy looking at the  photos, as much as I enjoyed making them... and please, feel free to share with others.

I recently had the good fortune to accompany a blind gentlemen to the annual Federation of the Blind Conference in Dallas, Tx. I spent six and a half days with Tom and twenty-five hundred blind folks, attending General Session Meetings, riding elevators, grabbing meals at local Denny's. I came away from the experience with an appreciation for the strength, fortitude and 'dogged' perseverance of those living in the dark.

I made it a point, on Thursday to attend Conference on World Affairs on the University of Colorado Campus in Boulder; week long event, sponsored  by Boulder Camera, where I was able to meet  a NYC photog,  named  Rick Guidotti. Rick walked away from a successful career as fashion photographer to pursue his passion of finding and photographing children born with genetic aberrations ie. young victims of albinisim (albino). You can find Rick @ www.positveexposure.org, and if you googled him you'd be impressed with his philosophy, and notoriety/recognition. Best, Gary
